SAATHI’s mission is to eradicate substance use in Government Schools of Sikkim through peer educators

SAATHI plans to reach out to 100 Government Schools in Sikkim to implement its model. As part of this, it will train 4000 peer educators, 500 teachers and 300 counsellors.

The goal is to impact over 100,000 students. SAATHI schools will also actively work with parents of students and other members of the community. SAATHI hopes by involving the various stakeholders, its goal to reduce substance use will be attained.
